Awakenings for Women

An open, safe and warm space for women from all walks of life, wanting to share, and to participate in talks and activities related to self-esteem, healthy relationships, creativity, and more.

Who is this for?

  • Women identifying individuals 18 years and older

  • This program accepts drop-in participants year-round


How long is this program?

This is an 18-session program, facilitated twice a month in-person.

Golden Club

Golden Club aims to be a place where people 60+ years old gather to connect, socialize, share life experiences, create bonds and have lots of fun!

Who is this club for?

  • People 60 years old and above

  • This program is open for drop-in participants year-round


How long is this program?

​This is an 18-session program, facilitated twice a month in-person in one of our locations
