Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling & Cancellations: Groups may reschedule up to 48 hours before their scheduled date. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For changes within 24 hours, contact the Volunteer Coordinator at volunteer@winsyyc.ca Group Size & Registration: Maximum 15 volunteers per group. Only one representative is required to register on behalf of the group. Additional Information: Ensure all participants follow WINS guidelines and arrive on time.
