Sarah Francis

Sarah Francis joined WINS in 2026 as a Community Member on the External Relations Committee. An executive leader with experience in marketing, operations, compliance, and organizational culture, she is committed to building strong, mission‑driven teams. She holds an MBA in Leadership from Royal Roads University and undergraduate degrees from the University of Calgary and Mount Royal University.

Sarah also serves as Alberta Chapter Co‑Chair for Canadian Women in Power (CPW) and has held various board roles with organizations such as the Calgary Winter Club. She is passionate about community building and creating environments where people feel supported and empowered. “I volunteer with WINS because I believe in the power of social enterprise to create lasting, community‑rooted impact. WINS blends dignity, opportunity, and practical support in a way that strengthens women and families, and I’m proud to contribute to a model that drives both purpose and sustainability.”
