You must be 18+ and an Alberta resident. Tickets may be purchased only by individuals who are 18 years of age or older and located in Alberta at the time of purchase. Any ticket issued to a person who does not meet these requirements is void. Board members, staff, volunteers directly involved in the conduct or management of the raffle, raffle administrators/managers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to purchase tickets or win prizes.

Winners will be contacted directly after each draw. Early bird draw: May 89. Grand prize draw: June 29. Winners will be notified using the contact information provided at purchase, first by email and then by phone if required. WINS will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner by email and phone. Winners are encouraged to respond within 7 days of notification. However, prizes must be claimed for within 90 days of the draw date, subject to winner verification requirements.

100% of lottery proceeds go to WINS’ programs and services. Every ticket supports programs that help women and their families access essential resources, employment training, and community support. The net proceeds from the lottery go toward WINS’ programs, helping ensure women and their families have free access to the basic needs they rely on.

When you buy lottery tickets, you can add a 50/50 ticket at checkout. Half the 50/50 pot goes to the winner, half towards WINS programs.

WINS uses a third-party raffle platform with a certified random number generator (RNG) to select winning tickets. All draws will be conducted using the registered electronic raffle supplier’s random number generator and are open to the public.
