To ensure a smooth and efficient donation process, we have created this page to provide you with all the necessary information regarding the items we accept and those we are unable to accommodate. What to donate
We accept the following in new or gently used condition, in good working order, free of stains, rips, pet hair and any other damage and not missing components. Gently used to us means a garment that is in great condition, household goods that are still in usable condition, or furniture that is ready to furnish a home.
Please note that big items such as furniture and appliances are accepted at Dover, Macleod, and Donation Centre locations ONLY.
What NOT to donate
We truly appreciate your donations but there are some items we are unable to accept for health, safety or re-sale reasons. This list does not include every item.
