Janice MacPherson

Community Member

Janice MacPherson joined the WINS Board in June 2024 as a Community Committee Member. She has built her career in Human Resources and non-profit leadership, with a particular focus on learning and development. Janice holds a degree in Business Administration and a certificate in HR Management, and she is an ACC-certified coach with the International Coaching Federation.

In addition to her role at WINS, she volunteers with the HR Association as a mentor and committee member. Outside of her professional commitments, Janice enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking walks, reading, practicing yoga, and engaging in meaningful conversations.
