Shannon Ryhorchuk

Shannon was appointed to the WINS board in June 2022 and is the Treasurer and Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee. 

Shannon is a Partner with the firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers with over 38 years of experience providing assurance services to both U.S. and Canadian based public companies primarily in the energy industry. In addition to serving clients, Shannon leads the National Independence Office and sits on PwC's Global Network Independence leadership team.  She is the former Managing Partner of the Calgary Assurance Practice.

Shannon holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan and is a Chartered Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant. She was awarded her Fellowship CPA as well as a Distinguished Service Award in recognition of her contributions to the community and the profession.  Shannon has completed the ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program, earning her ICD.D designation (09/22).

Shannon's commitment to professional growth is exemplified by her completion of the ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program, earning the ICD.D designation in September 2022. In addition to her involvement with WINS, Shannon serves as a Director of South Bow Corporation and the Canadian Partnership Against Cancer.
