Leanne Cherry

Chair, External Relations Committee

Leanne joined WINS as a Community Member of the Human Resources Committee in April, 2023 and joined the Board in April, 2024. A former lawyer and HR executive, Leanne now operates her own executive coaching and consulting firm. She has a BA and a JD from the University of Calgary and is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation.

Leanne has previously contributed her expertise to various board positions within professional and not-for-profit organizations, including the Canadian Bar Association and the Association of Women Lawyers. Outside of her coaching endeavors, Leanne enjoys spending time with her partner, Malcolm, her adult sons, and her adored trio of dogs.
