1. Organizer The Mother’s Day Treat Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is organized by Women in Need Society of Calgary (“Organizer”), a charitable organization registered in the province of Alberta (Charitable Business Number 135 185 411 RR0001 2. Sponsor Acknowledgement Brekkie Café, Meaghan Baxter Photography, Salon Bowie, and Women in Need Society of Calgary (collectively, “the Prize Sponsors”) have provided goods and services in support of this Giveaway at no cost. No consideration or payment has been exchanged for their participation or contributions. 3. Eligibility Giveaway participants must reside in the province of Alberta. Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, board members, and immediate family members of the Organizer or Prize Sponsors are not eligible to win. 4. Entry Period Entries will be accepted from April 25, 2025, to May 8, 2025, at 11:59 PM MST. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted. 5. Giveaway Participation No purchase, donation, or payment is necessary to enter or win. Participants may enter by completing the Mother's Day Treat Giveaway Online Form. Limit: One (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. 6. Prize Details A total of 10 winners will receive the following prize package: 1 winner of a $100 Gift Card for Brekkie Cafe – Gift Card can be claimed between May 12–16 (If you plan to use the gift card on the day you pick it up, a reservation is required between 7 AM and 3 PM.) 1 winner of a professional Family Photoshoot by Meaghan Baxter Photography – A professional portrait session courtesy of Meaghan Baxter (estimated value $300); photo session will be on May 15, 10am 1 winner of a hair makeover from Salon Bowie – Salon experience at Salon Bowie (estimated value $400); to be redeemed either on May 13 at 10 AM or May 16 at 10 AM 1 winner of a WINS Self-Care Gift Basket worth $500 – available for pick-up at WINS Store Beltline at 1005 11 Ave SW. Items included are sourced from general community donations, and any brands featured are not affiliated with or sponsors of this Giveaway. 5 winners of $50 WINS Gift Cards redeemable at any WINS Thrift Store location and the More Store – gift cards will need to be picked-up at WINS Store Beltline at 1005 11 Ave SW Prize must be claimed within the specified redemption dates. Prizes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 7. Selection & Notification of Winner Winners will be selected by random draw using a digital randomizer. The draw will take place on Friday, May 9, 2025 at 12:00PM MST, and the winners will be contacted via email. The winner must confirm acceptance before Sunday, May 12, 2025 at 12:00PM MST If unclaimed, a new winner will be selected by redraw. 8. Prize Fulfillment Winners must comply with appointment schedules and prize sponsor availability. The Organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed prizes during transit or prize delivery. 9. Publicity & Consent By entering, participants agree that if selected as a winner, the Organizer may request their consent to use their first name, photo, video, voice, and/or story for promotional purposes related to this Giveaway. Participation in any promotional content—including interviews, photos, or videos—is entirely optional and will only proceed with the winner’s explicit consent. If the winner agrees, they may be interviewed, photographed, or filmed at the time of receiving their prize package and/or while redeeming services associated with their prize. 10. Limitation of Liability The Organizer and sponsors are not responsible for: Technical difficulties, lost or delayed entries Lost/delayed mail Prizes lost in transit Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation or use of the prize. 11. Privacy Personal information collected through this Giveaway will be used for the administration of the Giveaway and, if the participant provides consent, may also be used to contact them about future raffles, draws, promotions, newsletters, and WINS-related updates. This information will not be sold or shared with third parties unrelated to WINS. Participants may withdraw their consent or unsubscribe from communications at any time. 12. Compliance Statement This contest complies with all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. 13. Right to Modify or Cancel The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. 14.
