This is why this program is created to ensure that mothers are able to provide their precious babies with the essentials they deserve. From car seats to cribs, strollers, and more, Charlie's Children is available to low-income individuals who are expecting or have an infant under one year old—because every mom deserves a helping hand.

Eligibility and Requirements:

  • Must be willing to undergo financial screening and ensure that you meet low-income cut-off (LICO) guidelines.

  • Valid doctor's notes indicating expected due date (if expecting) or birth certificate if your child is under one year old

  • Government issued photo identification
