SHEfound Sisterhood: How Pinky and Julie Sparked a Special Bond at WINS

In the fast-paced world of retail, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities, it’s a rare treat to find someone who not only makes work fun but also becomes a cherished part of your life. This Galentine's Day, we’re celebrating just that—a remarkable sisterhood that blossomed at WINS between two incredible women: Pinky and Julie.

A Journey That Began in 2013

Pinky, former Store Manager at Fisher Park and now the spirited Assistant Store Manager at Manchester, and Julie, the dynamic Store Manager in Richmond, have been lighting up the WINS family since 2013. Their journey together started over a decade ago, and what began as a professional connection soon evolved into something much deeper—a bond that feels more like sisterhood than anything else.

From Supervisors to Sisters for Life

For Julie, Pinky wasn’t just any other co-worker; she was a mentor, a confidante, an older sister, and sometimes even a mom—always ready with advice and support. Their shared experiences, from the countless managers’ meetings at the head office to the fun moments of being picked up and dropped off at each other’s places, have woven cherished memories that they both hold dear.

Pinky echoes these warm sentiments, describing their connection as one that goes beyond the workplace. “We’ve shared so many laughs and adventures both on and off the clock,” she says. “Even though our schedules might not allow us to see each other as often as we’d like nowadays, deep in our hearts, our bond remains unbreakable. She’s not just a colleague; she’s part of my support system and my chosen family.”

Creating Joyful Moments at WINS

Working at WINS isn’t just about meeting targets and managing teams—it’s also about building lasting relationships that make even the busiest days brighter. Whether it’s celebrating small victories over coffee or navigating the challenges of daily operations with a smile, Pinky and Julie remind us that the true magic of our work lies in the connections we forge.

Their story shows us the power of genuine connection. They found something special in one another—a sisterhood that turned routine workdays into cherished moments of laughter, learning, and mutual support. Their journey together inspires us all to look beyond the job title and see the incredible human relationships that make our work environment truly exceptional.

On this Galentine's Day, we raise a toast to Pinky and Julie—a duo whose sisterhood shines as brightly as the best parts of life.
